These Terms govern your use of Arrow Puzzle! and the related support and legal website. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You may use Arrow Puzzle! for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, exploit bugs, manipulate ads or rewards, copy the app, or use the app in a way that violates law or these Terms.
Arrow Puzzle! does not require account registration. You are responsible for the device, operating system, network connection, and permissions used to access the app. Some functionality may depend on internet access, including ads, remote configuration, diagnostics, legal pages, and support links.
Game progress, tutorial state, and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, reset progress, change devices, or clear device data, progress may be lost. We are not responsible for lost local progress.
The app may display ads through Google AdMob, including app open ads, interstitial ads at natural gameplay breaks, and rewarded ads that provide an in-game benefit only when the reward is completed. You must not automate, manipulate, fraudulently trigger, or otherwise abuse ad views, ad clicks, rewarded flows, or measurement systems.
The app may request optional notification permission for gameplay reminders. Declining notifications does not block core gameplay. You can change notification and tracking permissions in iOS Settings where available.
We may update the app, levels, content, ads, feature availability, legal links, support links, and non-sensitive settings. Firebase Remote Config may be used to adjust settings without a new app release. We do not use remote configuration to introduce hidden app features that avoid review.
Arrow Puzzle!, including its design, gameplay presentation, names, text, graphics, audio, animations, levels, code, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment according to these Terms.
The app may use third-party services, including Firebase, Google AdMob, Apple platform services, and email services used for support. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of the app must also comply with applicable third-party terms.
If you download Arrow Puzzle! from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple Media Services terms and the App Store rules that apply to your region. Apple is not responsible for providing support for this app; support is provided through the contact information on this website.
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains analytics, crash reporting, ads, notifications, support requests, retention, and user choices.
The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of progress, data, goodwill, profits, or business, arising from or related to the app or these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or related services if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the app, abused ads or rewards, or created legal or security risk. You may stop using the app at any time.
We may update these Terms when the app, services, legal requirements, or business needs change. The effective date above shows when the Terms were last updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
