Arrow Puzzle! is a puzzle game that does not require an account. This policy explains what information is processed by the app, why it is processed, how third-party services are used, and how you can contact us or make privacy requests.
Game progress and preferences are stored on your device.
Firebase Analytics helps us understand aggregate gameplay and app health.
Firebase Crashlytics helps us diagnose crashes and stability problems.
Firebase Remote Config lets us update non-sensitive app settings without an app update.
Google AdMob may be used to load and show app open, interstitial, and rewarded ads.

The app may log events such as app launch, level start, level completion, failed level attempts, moves, perfect clears, settings changes, legal/support link opens, rating prompt display, ad load status, ad impressions, rewarded ad reward events, and remote config fetch status.
Crash and diagnostic information
Crash reports and diagnostics may include app version, build number, device model, operating system version, crash traces, performance diagnostics, and error descriptions. This information is used to find and fix bugs.
Advertising information
When ads are enabled, Google AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, app information, approximate location derived from network information, ad request data, ad impressions, ad interactions, and diagnostics to request, deliver, measure, and improve ads.
When Meta App Events is enabled, Meta may process app events, device and app information, identifiers where permitted, attribution signals, and diagnostics to measure ad campaign performance and improve attribution.
Local progress and settings
Completed levels, tutorial state, sound settings, haptic settings, notification prompt state, and ad pacing counters are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a user account system for this app.
Support information you choose to send
If you email support, we receive the information you include in the message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, level number, and issue description. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

Notifications
Arrow Puzzle! may ask for permission to send local gameplay reminders. Notifications are optional. If you decline or disable notifications, the core game remains available. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time.

We do not sell personal information. We share or make information available only as needed to operate the app and the services described in this policy, including Firebase, Google AdMob, Apple platform services, and email providers used for support.
Third-party providers are expected to protect information consistently with their service terms, privacy obligations, and applicable law.
Retention and Deletion
Local progress and preferences remain on your device until you reset progress, delete the app, or clear device data.
Support emails are retained only as long as needed to respond, troubleshoot, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations.
Analytics, crash, diagnostic, and ad records are retained by the relevant service providers according to their policies and configured retention controls.

Children
